Hi, I'm Kyle Shields, a dedicated Realtor based in Pensacola, Florida, with a passion for helping clients navigate the real estate market. Since entering the industry in 2017, I’ve gained extensive experience in diverse roles, giving me a unique perspective on buying, selling, and investing in properties.

After serving in the military, I began my real estate career as a sales agent under an owner/developer, specializing in investment properties. Within six months, I launched my own business as an investment property wholesaler, successfully facilitating over 60 transactions in two years, primarily assisting sellers with distressed properties needing significant renovations. I’ve also personally acquired and renovated two properties and am currently working on my third.

In 2020, during the COVID-19 market shift, I transitioned to mortgage processing at Navy Federal Credit Union, where I gained valuable insights into lending practices. This experience, combined with my subsequent role as a real estate investment consultant, equipped me with a comprehensive understanding of the industry. In 2025, I became a licensed Realtor, bringing all my expertise to serve clients directly.
